This was a manual drawing for Interstate Technical Institute. I recreated it in SolidWorks 2013. The red component is the piece part . The 1.849/1.851 diameter in the bottom of the piece part fits over an expanding collet. The long S.H.C.S. through the center of the part provides the adjustment to expand the collet. The piece part note says 1.574-1.575 & 1.849-1.851 DIAMETERS MUST BE CONCENTRIC WITHIN .002 TOTAL INDICATOR READING. I solid modeled the dial indicator. But, other components like the fasteners, spring and quarter turn screw came from 3D Content Central.
I have included a exploded view with the dial indicator and leaf swung back to its resting position.
