Iphone Amplifier, 1812 Overture Finale

Based on the 1812 Overture Finale by Tchaikovsky. This piece was intended to be the first of a consumer driven production run, any audio file can be used to create a passive amplifier for an iPhone. The sound waves are visualized and traced quickly in Rhino from a background bitmap, then flowed around a curve to create a cone, and bent to the desired shape. An attachment for the iPhone is fit in to the form and a few other modifications make it 3D printable. The entire process takes less than two hours for a basic model/song.
