As design consultant and member of Khamsa 3D Prosthetics, I designed a low-cost leg and foot prosthetic that utilizes a combination of 3D printed parts and every day objects.
A wood version is also possible for communities where a 3D printer is not available but common carpentry and woodworking exist.
After several iterations, the first recipient uses his first prosthesis ever in Fès, Morocco.
