In G-Star my experience has been based on improving my skills in fixture development, furniture design, illustrations/rendering, research, creation of moodboards.
My work consistsed in researching, creating and developing interiors designs and furniture:
•Develop new fixture designs for presentation and communication prior to production of full technical details.
•Review all technical drawings of new developments and communicate changes to suppliers without delay to achieve required time-lines.
•Generate visuals for proposed Retail Design Concepts for Stores (such as Façade Signage and internal focal points).
•Assist with important Fixture Installation hand-over’s Store Openings
•Work with fixture suppliers to value engineer all items for potential bulk production for roll-out.
•Assist Director of Design & Development with ad-hoc design related projects.
• Helping out the team in problem solving regarding design, development, time and costing issues
