Volkswagen Credit and Audi Financial Services Beaumont Charity Golf Outing - Creatively supported VCI and AFS in their sponsorship of this annual charity event where 200 golfers gather to help fight cancer. Brainstormed ideas that focused on 'finding a cure' while promoting brand awareness. Designed handheld interface for gathering data as well as tee box signs, pull-up displays, feather banners and 'thank you' emails.
Volkswagen Credit Inc. Contract Folders - After multiple high quantity reprints, the Volkswagen Credit contract folder was in need of a refresh. Adding a new challenge to the project, an Audi Financial Services folder was now required, as well as individual inserts that educated buyers on all the programs available to them. Each brand’s unparalleled style was represented through customized die lines, copy, color and printing techniques.
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Promise Ball Event Collateral - Created an e-mail/print campaign that encouraged prospective donors to attend the annual Promise Ball. Save-the-date’s, invitations, RSVP cards and an event journal gave the foundation a professional look while keeping within sensitive budget restrictions. Exceeding the expected donation goal, the Promise Ball was a success. This year’s party is estimated to be the largest non-profit fundraiser in the state.
Lamborghini Gallardo Road Show III - After two successful events, this year’s Gallardo Road Show needed to exceed expectations. Deliverables including winstands, flags, luggage tags, tablecloths, pop-up displays and an invitation provided the guests with a once in a lifetime experience. The invitation highlighted the unfolding beauty of the Gallardo convertible. Foil stamping, a reticulating varnish and a metallic bubble-mailer envelope also made the piece unique. This piece is a 'D Show' finalist.
Illusive Customs Logo Identity and T-shirt Design - Refreshed company logo and established a clothing line that would promote the company and stand on its own in the fashion world. The new identity was used for business proposals, event flyers and other branding. A t-shirt line was designed to meet the same quality standards as other high-end brands. Techniques such as the use of velour fabric and metal studs were explored to give the product an edgy feel.
Drew Dalor Fashion - Created a company brand around the personality of the clothing designer’s collection. Starting with the bodice, multiple illustrations and patterns were worked through. A color palette of green, yellow and blue were chosen to represent the fun and playful style. The designer’s signature was combined with the bodice to give a personal touch. Two other variations were also created including a ‘signature’ brand. A style book, stationary and clothing labels were also produced.
Bentley Motors Brochureware - Designed a series of brochures that excited and engaged prospects and new owners. Making a greater impact, the large pamphlets un-folded to create posters. A variety of techniques such as foil stamping, metallic inks and an in-line UV gave each piece a high-end feel. The brochures were so well received that a Crewe Genuine Parts version was produced and sent out as a direct mailer with a personalized letter and envelope.
Audi Promotional Cards - Designed a direct mailer asking current Audi owners to purchase their current vehicle, turn in their lease and get another Audi at a discounted price or wait to receive an all-new 2009 A4. By creating individual cards, each personalized offer was able to stand on it’s own or together with the others. A translucent metallic envelope was used to make the piece stand out in the mail.
Bentley Motors Winter Accessories Campaign - As a seasonal promotion, a customized direct mailer, counter mat and poster were created for Retailers. A series of cards higlighted Retailer-specific discounts while enaging visuals portrayed the advantages of having the vehicle prepared for winter driving. When the customer came in for service, a poster and counter mat reassured them that a Bentley is not just for summer enjoyment.
Breitling Reno Air Races and Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance - Supporting Breitling’s annual participation in the Reno Air Races and Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, a variety of deliverables were designed. A combination of precision and ruggedness were represented through large panel graphics, outdoor signage, a VIP pilot pit pass and itinerary. Marie Bodman, President of Breitling, states ‘The realization of every project has always been impeccable’. The exhibit design is a Davey 'Gold' award winner.
Labelle d'Machine Magazine - Designed a series of articles for the magazine that showcased each vehicle/program, yet worked as a cohesive whole to communicate the brand message. Taking minimal cues from previous efforts, the articles were completely over-hauled. The Lamborghini brand was understood and represented through the creative. The series of articles were so well received that additional articles were added this year.
Tepel Brothers Printing Brochure - Goal was to create a brochure that would be an effective tool when engaging new business. Illustrations were drawn to highlight the state-of-the-art equipment while imagery was used to showcase the pressmen’s craftsmanship and the machinery’s capability. A pocket was also added to the inside cover so additional information could be included when presenting to a prospect. They felt confident about choosing Tepel Brother’s as their printing solution.
Bombardier Salesmen Piece - Challenged to create a direct mailer that allowed Bombardier customers to become better acquainted with their salesmen. With a limited budget, the client asked for a simple postcard. Cost was minimized by increasing the quantity and creating a re-usable soft-touch coated tri-fold, which housed a personalized insert. The client's positive response initiated the design of a Certified Pre-Owned version.
Geno's Racing Logo - Created a custom logo for Geno's Racing, Inc. The client required the design of a logo that would represent the company's mission and would stand out among the typical "racing" brands. Bright colors, dominant type and a progressive perspective were used to give the brand a distinctive look. The logo met client's expectations and was well received among the racing community.
Volkswagen Credit and Audi Financial Services Gum and Post-It Packaging - Created chewing gum and post-it packaging that was unique to both Volkswagen Credit and Audi Financial Services. These items are available on "The Shop" website where customers can go online and purchase gear/accessories.
