The design decision for this for educational purpose only advertisement was influenced by the original founder, the Hollywood legend Doris Day. What I envisioned for the Doris Day Animal League, was not to change their complete identity from the late Doris Day. Keeping their original logo to give the consistency of the Hollywood nostalgic image from the founder. I wanted to address the lack of visibility from the consumers, by adding a new age image of a popular celebrity “Johnny Depp,” preserving our league with their celebrity edge.
