All artwork for this slide was created in Illustrator and Photoshop by Denise Ruggio. Students click on each numbered element for a pop-up definition.
This learning scenario creates an interactive environment where students choose “the right thing to say”, “possibly right thing to say” or “the completely wrong thing to say”; each answer taking them down a different path.
Depending on the answer they choose, students are directed to a new interview question.
Learning about the interview process, students learn about phone etiquette by clicking on a selection and hearing scenarios regarding what not to say during a phone interview.
Before creating the interactive learning experience, development begins with storyboarding the concept for each slide. In this part of the Illustrator course, students are learning how to use the mesh tool to draw a banana. The lesson is further driven by recorded tutorials using Adobe Connect. All illustration and audio scripting was created by Denise Ruggio.
