If you're an Account Executive selling live, virtual, and hybrid events for the Life Science industry, read on! We are looking for someone to generate new revenue and maximize Company profits from new client sources and key legacy accounts.

Business Development
• Develop new sales opportunities by executing sales strategies targeting new accounts fitting the MC3 Curtis Ideal Client Model.
• Establish rapport to take a consultative approach to solving client problems. Earn prospect trust to learn their needs and provide an MC3 Curtis solution roadmap.
• Present and demonstrate the value of MC3 Curtis solutions to qualified prospective clients; always positioning to close business.
• Produce optimal proposal materials to clearly define the company's value proposition as an impetus to contract new business.
• Implement Business Plans to increase sales volume, and market share, expand relationships, and create referral opportunities.
• Always contribute market insight for improved and expanded Company offerings.
Execution and Revenue Generation:
• Seek out, build, and maintain a targeted prospect list to pursue.
• Meet and exceed Company sales objectives by adopting the MC3 Curtis Learning methodology, including KPI adherence, exceeding activity targets
• Employ CRM for prospect development, activities tracking, forecasting, reporting, and accountability.
• Prepare and negotiate agreements to optimize selling Gross Margins in consultation with the team.
Post-Sale Responsibilities:
• Work with Production, Finance, Education & Training teams to transition new clients to the company process.
• Work with internal staff to resolve any issues related to implementation or support,
• Leverage key accounts or partner relationships for additional sales and referrals;
• Perform impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with key clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities
• Provide feedback to Senior Management regarding ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and/or improve the Company's brand and reputation;
• Provide ongoing market perspective by monitoring competitors, attending conferences (e.g., LTEN), and participating in campaigns.
• Represent MC3 Curtis Learning professionally and effectively and act as an ambassador for the brand at all times including conferences, professional organizations, and networking events as well as all internal interactions.
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Communication or Business or related field
• 3-5 years' proven successful sales experience in Life Sciences industry
• Comprehensive and current knowledge of industry offerings and trends
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software
• Soft skills: Motivated, skilled influencer and negotiator; excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, ability to effectively lead and interact with multiple disciplines/departments; solid relationship-building skills; superior customer service skills.
