**Advertising, Marketing and/or Communications agency experience required, 4-7 years of experience

The Account Supervisor will bring value to our clients and agency team by passionately and professionally representing StrawberryFrog on a day-to-day basis. They are a trusted partner and primary point of contact for mid-level clients, with exposure to senior-level clients. The AM will collaborate with the integrated internal StrawberryFrog team to ensure the business is executed flawlessly.

Your primary responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:

Become immersed in the nature of clients' business, culture, products and services – including challenges and opportunities
Foster strong relationships with clients across various business segments as well as with partner agencies, including executional agency (Liquid) and client internal marketing teams
Provide ongoing internal account support, integrating and optimizing efforts of StrawberryFrog teams across creative, strategy and project management departments and maintaining team morale
Partner with account lead to crystalize client objectives and needs into clear agency direction, and help build marketing plans and communications solutions to achieve those objectives
Be a key day-to-day point of contact for clients
Present and sell marketing and creative solutions to clients, in partnership with account lead as well as strategy and creative teams
Manage briefing, review and approval process with clients, ensuring efficiency and professionalism on all levels throughout the process
Provide operational excellence; prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, lead and/or provide support in (client, internal and inter-agency) meetings, develop hot sheets, compile reports, etc. in partnership with project management and account lead
Be an Ambassador of StrawberryFrog’s Movement marketing philosophy
