We’re an All-Inclusive television advertising agency with our home base in Minneapolis. However, you can work from anywhere that works for you including cities like Chicago, Atlanta, New York, Austin, Phoenix, and more.
Advertising is undergoing sweeping change. As an Account Director at Marketing Architects, you’ll be right in the middle of it. Our Client Services department consults with direct marketing businesses with a single goal – to help them produce profitable results.
To be successful in this role the qualified individual needs to:
Drive strategies and creative thinking that will result in account success and growth.
Be familiar with advertising in radio/TV/digital.
Lead day-to-day contact, management and optimization of a portfolio of client
Demonstrate critical business marketing analytical skills through a combined understanding of media planning, creative positioning and analytics as it relates to each client’s campaign.
Gather, validate, and organize consumer response data for internal/external review.
Effectively develop and present strategic vision to clients, as well as secure commitments to
Become a direct marketing expert.
Execute the monthly media, creative, telecom/data, and strategy processes that are pivotal to
the operation of our client’s programs and our business.

5-10 years marketing, analytical and client services experience in agency or similar
Proven, consistent competence in account coordination, account management or similar role.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Illustrated success in leading and implementing internal department projects that resulted in
a measurable improvement to productivity, performance or profitability.
