Everybody says they’re looking for an experienced, award-winning Art Director to join their creative team. And in fairness, so are we. But with all the commoditized creative output and homogenized experiences out there, we’re looking for something very different. We want someone who excels in their craft and can’t rest easy until the job is done right. Someone who sees a limitation as a creative challenge to work around. We’re looking for a maker - the kind of maker that copywriters will knife fight each other to work with.
Our ideal candidate will have a big picture strategic vision and a forward-looking skill set.
This is a hands-on position that will work on everything (design, broadcast, print, social, digital) with everyone (in partnerships, teams, or an occasional project lead). But it’s not enough to just see the creative execution through, you’ve got to sell the work, too. Some client face time is on your horizon.
Join us and you’ll be part of a collaborative, fun, fast-paced team. It’s a roll-up-your-sleeves, make cool stuff, let’s blow people’s minds type of atmosphere. Interested?
Tell us why you are the person for this position. Be sure to include a link with samples of your best work (actual samples, please, no comps).
Three to five years of advertising experience. (Or accomplished work that looks like five.)
Must have a strong style and voice in order to execute, lead or develop a wide range of creative concepts and compelling content.

The ability to write wouldn’t hurt your chances, either.
