The Design practice is very hands-on. Designers will work closely with Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing to garner insights, develop concepts, create prototypes and revise products until we think they make the mark of being a product people love to use.

Design is the critical function that brings a product to life via form, proportion, color, and materials and sets our brands apart in the markets where we compete. We work to cultivate an open culture of collaboration to deliver products people love, with a dependable function, at a price less than you’d expect.

As an entry-level Industrial Designer, you will bring a high level of enthusiasm towards gaining new knowledge and experience in many design areas. From new product development to creating product visualizations to wow our customers, you’ll work cross-functionally to provide design solutions across all of our brands.
