About Our Client
Our client is driving people, their businesses, and society forward by taking on their toughest transportation challenges. But while they believe more than ever that mobility drives human progress, the world has progressed, too. Our client is in the midst of the biggest change the automotive industry has ever seen. Just as cars changed the world over the last century—creating the driver, highways, gas stations, and malls—self-driving cars, electric powertrains, and connected vehicles will radically reshape how we live, work, and play, our cities and society itself over the next hundred years. Our client’s HCD organization drives human progress through creativity, empathy, and design. They are at the cutting edge of the company’s most strategically critical work, designing people’s and society’s needs into the heart of next-gen products, services, and experiences. Every day, the company’s vehicles and services support millions of people around the world, and the HCD organization is designing at scale – not just inventing the future, but operationalizing it, to help all those people move through their lives, better. Their global labs are dedicated spaces that push the edge of the company’s near and far strategy. Their ultimate goal is to design new products, services, and ventures that customers love and that drive business profitability.
