Job Description

Responsibilities
Working across our incredible line of innovative brands, you will create outstanding original design concepts for wine, beer & spirits. In this role you will work directly with the producers and have direct access to decision makers.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, or applicable field
3-5 years’ design experience. Designing for Drinks/Alcohol Beverage is a must in your portfolio.
The ability to quickly understand briefs from our Creative Director and Marketing Teams.
A self-starter, someone with an entrepreneurial spirit that can hit the ground running and work within tight deadlines.
Ability to understand master brands and design packaging extensions and sub-brands under these master brands.
Outstanding communication skills with in-house departments, able to ask questions and assist other team members as needed.
Outstanding knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Programs, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop Knowledge of innovative printing techniques for wine, beer, and spirits.
Understanding working within COGs (Cost of Goods). General offset and flexo printing processes is preferred.
