Job Description

Oversee a small on-site team, and have access to remote teams for large projects. The appropriate candidate is a buttoned up presenter with hands-on design capabilities for in-store POP, Packaging, and corporate branding. The work is fresh and has a fun entertainment based design feel. Playful, but clean. The right fit would be someone who may have worked client-side and has some agency experience as well. The portfolio needs to consist of design work for food and/or beverage.

Responsibilities
*Oversee a small team of designers, account and project managers
*Direct the Brand concepts across in-store, promotions and some packaging. Digital experience a plus.
*Be the Brand Steward and innovator for fortune 100 brands

Fit
*Flexible, able to fit into a corporate environment with ease, but work with agency speed.
*Be not just a presenter, but capable of taking client's direction
*Enjoys being the Strategic Design Problem solver
