Design Army, a renowned design studio, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join their esteemed creative team. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in providing efficient administrative support to both the Chief Creative Officer and creative teams. Responsibilities encompass collaborative efforts with the team, managing the CCO’s calendar and travel arrangements, document preparation, and assisting with daily tasks. The ideal candidate should possess a proactive and adaptable nature, along with exceptional communication skills. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate a strong work ethic and maintain the utmost confidentiality. Downtime will be utilized for productive endeavors. KEY JOB TASKS:
• Manage communication between studio and Chief Creative Officer.
• Assistant CCO and manage their schedule.
• Maintain a complex calendar and communicate day-to-day tasks daily.
• Help with project research in preparation for client meetings and new business.
• Arrange travel itineraries for CCO and team.
• Assist CCO with photoshoot production, client meetings, and internal team meetings
• Handle all PR request, headshot bio, interview requests, and speaking engagements
• Special project work like handling holiday parties, client gifting, and other business related tasks

REQUIREMENTS:
• 1-2+ years of administrative support at an executive level in a Creative Studio / AgencyPrevious • Office / Assistant Experience
• Bachelor Degree preferred / Recent grad
• Strong knowledge of Mac OS platform and Adobe CC programs
• Excellent skills in full Microsoft Office Suite / Google Sheets, slides, doc
• Photo/Video/Arts background is preferred
• High degree of confidentiality and the ability to manage sensitive information
• Strong verbal and written skillsEffectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining priorities
