Your Mission

  • As member of the Boston based, Regional Creation Center, incumbent will design and develop the graphic language and embellishments to complement product created for the North American and Latin American regions.
  • Work closely with the RCC Apparel Designers to create seasonal, key account, regional events and asset graphic designs for North America and Canada.
  • Partner with World Cat sourcing offices and developers in research of new graphic techniques and applications. Develop a thorough understanding of the capabilities, flexibility and limitations of source base.
  • Create and execute graphics that are brand, channel and account appropriate and meet the needed cost and margin requirements.
  • Partner in the design and execution of seasonal collections as well as specific individual items.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of artwork pages, CADS, and tech packages based on design timeline and development calendar.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor's or Associates degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 1-3 years experience in a related graphics design/ development based position
  • Sound knowledge of garment construction, costing, fabric and manufacturing processes
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/seasons at the same time
  • Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to use Lotus Notes/Microsoft Office applications
