About Our Client
Our client is driving people, their businesses, and society forward by taking on their toughest transportation challenges. But while they believe more than ever that mobility drives human progress, the world has progressed, too. Our client is in the midst of the biggest change the automotive industry has ever seen. Our client’s human-centered design organization drives human progress through creativity, empathy and design. They are at the cutting edge of the company’s most strategically critical work, designing people’s and society’s needs into the heart of next-generation products, services, and experiences. Every day, the company’s vehicles and services support millions of people around the world, and the HCD organization is designing at scale – not just inventing the future, but operationalizing it, to help all those people move through their lives, better. Their global labs are dedicated spaces that push the edge of the company’s near and far strategy. Their ultimate goal is to design new products, services, and ventures that customers love and that drive business profitability.
