The job
The Information Designer in Public 360° will be one of our biggest assets, you will understand our product’s requirements, and you will compile, organize, and develop the architecture of information of our products.
As an Information Designer, you will be involved in research, planning, creating, developing, and implementing the designs with the help of appropriate designing tools.
If you like to be both hands-on, delivering project work but also comfortable providing guidance for an Information system, this job is for you!

The information designer should have good researching skills along with an ability to transform the user requirements into designs that will appeal to the clients as well as help in achieving the business goals.
He/she should possess an ability to organize and present complex information in a simpler form.

As a Information Design, you will:
Understand and translate the key needs that are expected by our customers and turn them into some innovative information designs that will meet the market and business needs of the costumers.
Design strategies to meet the goals of the customers and to ensure that all the business objectives have been met.
Researched and translate the needs of the customers by performing a comparative analysis and explaining the relevant patterns and structures.
Work with a team of designers and carry out regular audits relevant to the content and designing for various products.
Create product maps, process workflows, wireframes, and prototypes
Do usability testing to ensure that it meets the assigned goals and objectives.
In addition to the above responsibilities, the information designer is also responsible for communicating with the team members regarding the various stages involved in designing and explaining the information design strategies.
He/she ensures that all the complex ideas are presented in a simpler form, making sure that the content is easily accessible and facilitating the completion of tasks in the given period of time.
Your experience:
Master’s degree in Strategy, Design Research, or Information Design.
3 to 5 years of professional design experience working in the field of data visualization/information design.
Accustomed to working collaboratively with customers and cross-functional team members.
Knowledge of existing and emerging design tools and methods.
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel.
HTML 5, CSS 3, and Javascript knowledge is a plus.
Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize, solve problems creatively and work under tight deadlines.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Experience in running online and offline workshops.
