Job Description
Our Becker Design Consultants For Furniture Sales are responsible for building meaningful and long-term customer relationships. They have comprehensive knowledge ranging from furniture construction to design and color trends. They use selling techniques through in-home design consultations to maximize opportunities. Our design consultants take joy in the design process!
We want to help you make a living doing something you truly love, while having FUN doing it!
Becker has redefined our in-home business model to promote the partnering of sales consultants with our Design Consultants to maximize sales and earning potential! With a minimum base pay of 48k our Designers can expect a range of 48k to 96k annually based on performance.

Training:
Our training programs are designed to help each associate create a meaningful career at Becker.
As part of our in-depth training program, you'll learn: product knowledge, sales techniques, design skills, and how to build a base of loyal clients. You'll do this through comprehensive on-line classes, videos, hands-on activities, and one-on-one coaching. We provide continuous opportunities to learn throughout your career at Becker.
Through our one-on-one coaching and educational development, we will help you build relationships with customers to help them reflect their own personal sense of style. We'll also show you how to effectively use our complimentary design service as a powerful tool for developing customer relationships and providing opportunities for increased sales.
