Job Description
You will be part of a team of Interior Designers who are responsible for the design, finishes palette, and furniture selections of our projects.
Job Responsibilities:
•Be a team member and work with your project team in each specific project.
•Create finish palettes and presentation drawings.
•Select and develop furniture specifications.
•Coordinate with furniture dealers from start to finish of a project.
•Frequent client presentations and meetings to develop design direction.
•Participate in vendor meetings and help in developing the materials library.
Required Skills:
•Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited school.
•The ideal candidate will have min 3 years of experience in commercial, residential, and hospitality design work experience.
•A good foundation in materials, finishes, colors, and furniture selection and specifications.
•Presentation skills- both graphics drawing and visual finish board compositions to successfully convey design ideas.
•We are a Mac-based office. Vectorworks experience ideal. Comfortable working in CAD will be beneficial.
•Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp experience are helpful.
