As our Lead Product Designer, you will oversee and design for our Market product which helps brokers market CRE spaces and landlords to monitor their success and manage more than one other Designer.
Every day you will communicate and collaborate in a cross-functional team of Product Management, Engineering, and QA to conduct research, prototype solutions, and deliver highly-attuned customer experiences, and be expected to execute workflow, communication, and data visualization initiatives across web and mobile platforms.
To thrive you must be trained in product design, human-computer interaction, UX research, and/or related fields, and have launched multiple features and products at different companies. You’ll ideally have led, coached, or mentored a team before, and want to continue growing your leadership skills. You are a leader and a team player, with a strong desire to lead a growing organization of fellow Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers, and rationalize design decisions with Design and non-Design stakeholders alike.
Here’s what you can expect as a Lead Product Designer:
Be a Design leader, with IC/Manager opportunities to coach 1+ Designers
Design platforms that enable our products to work seamlessly together, accounting for larger application structure and context across all users and permission
Promote research methodologies and lead qualitative and quantitative exercises that provide you and your teams with deep empathy for all of our customers’ motivations, goals, and larger systems in which they operate
Proactively pitch ideas, and exhibit substantive written and verbal communication skills, contributing design process and strategies to the platform, your product, and the Design team
Quickly ramp on the substantial CRE domain, with a particular focus on how CRE spaces are marketing to build deal pipeline
Partner closely with your Product Manager, Tech Lead, and Engineers to discover and solve complex problems, within a culture of teamwork, partnership, and respect
