Job Description

Looking for creative editorial powerhouse looking to work on Martin’s biggest clients. Must have a passion to lead and grow a team of post-production specialists.

-Creative leader with extensive experience editing broadcast and social content in client-supervised sessions within a commercial post-production facility
-Proven ability to work in conjunction with advertising creative teams to realize and bring the creative vision to life in an extraordinary way
-Proven ability to develop and lead junior talent
-Comprehensive knowledge of production and post-production workflow
-Knowledge of current industry standards for TV and online content
-Extraordinary client interaction skills and very strong attention to details
-High level of organizational skills
-Expert in industry-standard offline editing software
-Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Creative Cloud a strong plus
-Ideally 5-10 years experience
