The senior copywriter will craft dynamic, engaging copy for advertising and omnichannel experiences across our roster of clients. They’ll work closely with the art directors to concept and create campaigns that inspire and excite our audiences.
-Develop clear, concise, engaging copy based on business and creative goals, marketing insights, channel, competitor research and legal requirements for cross-channel marketing projects, campaigns, and concepts
-Strategic problem-solving skills and the capacity to distill complex information into meaningful concepts or ideas
-Contribute to the creative brainstorm/development process
-Ability to take a project from concept to completion with direction from Creative Management
-Develop copy that aligns with client guidelines to ensure its compliancy for style, quality, and tone
-Work with internal agency teams to understand project scope and objectives
-Handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
-Ability to work independently as well as with internal teams and clients to manage projects.
-Accept feedback and iterate copy in a collaborative team environment
-7+ years of experience at an agency, in-house creative department, or as a freelancer
-Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs
-Familiarity with AP Style
-Experience with B2B advertising and/or writing for the agriculture industry
-Strong editing and proofreading skills
-Highly comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
-Organized self-starter and independent work with the ability to organize and deliver projects on time with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
