Job Description

As a senior designer focused on branding, you will work directly alongside the senior creative team, project managers, and creative director, to help develop and deliver creative solutions work for a wide range of clients and brands. Applicants should have the ability to create logos, design systems, brand guidelines, website & UI designs, print and packaging.

This is a hybrid role, working in-person for a minimum of 3 days a week from our SF studio.


• Design lead on projects, from conception to completion, thorough every stage of the process.

• Pursuing and maintaining an exceptional level of craft with the highest design standards and attention to detail across typographic design, layout, print and digital projects.

• Establish visual tonality through photo, illustration, and motion art direction.

• Codify design systems into comprehensive guidelines and finalize template and asset files for final delivery.

• Co-managing and overseeing work with junior team members.

• Presenting work thoughtfully and confidently with clients.

• Collaborating with external creative and production partners.


• BFA and/or MFA in graphic design / visual communication / media arts.

• 5+ years of experience in a branding design agency environment

• Special consideration will be given to applicants with experience in 3D, animation, coding and generative design.

• PTO - Base three weeks (includes a week in December), with additional days that accrue with each year. Including 7+ public holidays, this accounts for at least 4 weeks of PTO annually.
• 401K - 3% annual match at a minimum after a year in addition to profit sharing contributions
• Fully paid for health, dental and vision insurance premiums for staff; 50% premiums paid for spouses and dependents.
