Over the next three years, our goal is to transform the 268 billion analogue phone calls between a brand and it’s consumers to digital on the LiveEngage platform. By doing this, we enable consumers to get back time and experience a more connected relationship with the brand in which sales, service, marketing, branches, stores, and contact centre’s become a unified experience.

The successful candidate has an opportunity to join a highly outstanding team within a fast-paced and successful organisation.

In this role you will:

Create animations/videos that illustrate the possibilities of conversational commerce at the world’s largest and most innovative brands
Create animations/graphics that illustrate key concepts for field presentations
Institute and champion systematic approaches to design that ensures speed-to-delivery, flexibility, scale, and quality
Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, and sales to identify and execute against key objectives for assigned projects
You should be an expert in:

Minimum 4 years experience in design/animation or related field
Expertise with the Adobe Creative Cloud, in particular After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Expertise with Bohemian Coding’s Sketch
Experience with prototyping tools, like Framer, InVision, etc.
Knowledge of popular design systems, like Google’s Material Design, Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines, etc.
Eye for efficiency, security, and standards
Professional experience collaborating in a team environment
Passion for creating and refining efficient, scalable processes and systems
Creative problem solving
Creative writing skills a plus
Strong communication skills
Comfortable communicating with, presenting to, and receiving input from a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a related degree preferred, but not required
