The Six Flags Corporate Marketing team is looking for an experienced, full-time Senior Graphic Designer with consumer-focused marketing experience to help take our online presence to the next level. We need your creative leadership to design and execute great looking websites, memorable logos, slick brochures, thrilling emails, attention-getting banner ads, visually distinct in-park signage, and much more.
In this role you’ll be the source of visual inspiration for the department and will have a significant impact on the online presence of Six Flags.
Design current and impactful creative that inspires our mobile-focused users.
Create and execute designs for banner ads, signs, logos, brochures, landing pages, emails, microsites and online experiences, primarily for the Interactive Marketing team.
Produce sketches, wireframes, roughs, etc. as to communicate concepts and progress.
Assist in the design and development of presentation materials as occasionally required.
Develop graphics, assets and campaigns for our brands, products and events, coordinating across social, digital and print.
Various other projects and duties as assigned.
Required: Online portfolio of your work focusing on print, web, and interactive work.
4+ years of experience as a professional graphic designer in a marketing context.
Strong creative vision and a good eye for layout.
Bachelor degree in design, similar or equivalent experience.
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other tools of the trade.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus, but not at all required.
Be self-motivated, work with minimal supervision, and support multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines is paramount.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
