Job Description

We are looking for a REMOTE Sr. Product Designer who wants to be a catalyst for change in the health and well-being space. Come do meaningful work that helps people live better lives. You will be a core member of our close-knit design team and specialize in one of our core product areas (Connected Care or Human Performance) and collaborate cross-functionally to design forward-thinking solutions to complex and challenging problems. You'll bring a human-centered approach and experience across all stages of the product development cycle, through research, strategy, ideation, user testing, iteration, and product delivery. Your ability to balance a solid understanding of the business with user insights and design best practices will enable you to create compelling and thoughtful products and experiences.


Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define a long-term strategy and success metrics for new features in your product area
Deliver user-centered designs including research plans and findings, strategy documents, ideation artifacts, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, usability tests, design guidelines, workflow diagrams, information architecture diagrams, and interaction specifications
Work closely with Engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience and conduct validations and qualitative and quantitative usability tests as needed
Collaborate with fellow designers in ideation jams, critiques, and regular design feedback sessions to share experience and grow
Talk to customers to understand user needs; ground your work in empathy and insights based on customer research and other data sources


4+ Years proven work experience as a Product Designer or equivalent
BA/BS in Design, Product Design, Human-computer Interaction (HCI) or equivalent
Ability to engage with users for research and testing
Exceptional portfolio of end-to-end design projects
Up to date knowledge of design software (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Mural, Adobe CC, etc.)
Solid communication and presentations skills
Ability to work through critical feedback and critique
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
