Job Description

Florida Realtors seeks an experienced web designer with a strong design portfolio to join our award-winning communications team. Partially remote, but Orlando-based, the ideal candidate possesses a multi-disciplinary skillset including:
-Proven expertise in typography, layouts, color theory and photo direction for webpages and marketing emails
-Strong understanding of a user-centric process, as well as mobile-first and responsive design experience
-Advanced proficiency in Adobe XD (or similar UX prototyping tool), Illustrator, Photoshop and Sketch
-Experience developing wireframes based on content strategy
-Understanding of web accessibility
-Knowledge of Drupal or willingness to learn the platform

What You’ll Do
-Design a variety of digital assets: landing pages, web banners, HTML emails, slide shows, photo galleries, and other marketing/communications assets
-Update web pages
-Develop email designs that support our many events and product marketing campaigns
-Oversee our email marketing program: Serve as liaison to our email vendor, IPost; produce emails for our clients; redesign in-house e-newsletters; produce e-newsletters
-Repurpose campaign creative and brand assets into digital media assets
-Coordinate and supervise all work in Asana and keep all involved parties accurately informed
-Remain flexible to work additional projects as requested or as needed.

What You Need
Qualified applicants need to bring:
-Bachelor's degree web/digital design or related field
-3+ years of professional digital design experience in an agency setting or in-house creative/marketing department
-Proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
-Outstanding creativity, with a portfolio of sophisticated, intuitive, and strong design work
-A UX-focused approach to work with a strong understanding of web standard methodologies and typography
-Demonstrated time management and project management techniques to plan, develop, implement, and complete schedules, projects, tasks, and other assignments.
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment as necessary.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Clear and transparent oral and written communication skills

-Apple ecosystem experience
