ABOUT THIS ROLE
The VP, Digital Creative--our first ever--will lead the creative direction of our largest, most impactful campaigns, including pitching innovative digital strategy and media production, advertising, social media and online organizing.

As our Vice President, Digital Creative on the Digital Advocacy team, you will…
Set the creative direction on projects from concept to completion, and produce compelling and engaging digital experiences and campaign design solutions.
Develop, oversee, create and review robust creative design and strategy that inform all of our digital storytelling from paid advertising and digital experiences to integrated, traditional PR campaigns.
Directly manage a team of three creative designers, and provide overall creative and strategic direction and feedback for the larger digital advocacy team.
Help our practice win new business and proactively expand our relationships in the progressive movement.
Stay up-to-date with technological innovations in digital and graphic design across all channels.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
Has an extensive creative background in a client-facing, leadership role, ideally in a design or digital agency, or similar environment.
Project manages easily. And you have a track record of being highly dependable and organized.
Understands digital organizing and communications, including email, text and social media campaigning.
Is fluent in digital design trends. Comes to the table with creative ideas on design strategy and implementation. You’re well versed in design theory and campaigns working out in the world; you love to interpret complex ideas visually through multiple mediums.
Is tactically familiar with some aspects of digital campaigns, including social media, online advertising, email marketing, mobile strategy, digital analytics, web video, social listening and web design.
Writes well. Your background in written communication includes developing sharp, compelling online content.
Understands a campaign goal. You can interpret how digital tactics will help achieve it.
