Design process-
1. I get to know about the expectations before beginning.
2. Start by researching the design that I'm about to create.
3. I gather resources before starting with my design.
4. Create abstract designs on paper and choose some for implementation.
5. Decide on the color scheme according to the design required.
5. Decide on the composition, Typography, and Hierarchy once I start designing.
6. Present my design via mockups.
Reason for picking these colors for the logo - The logo had to look familiar to the target audience. Since the target audience here was developers and students, I choose green - The color for the run button in eclipse IDE. And black - Neutral color.
The motive behind the symbol mark - Since the company name was peculiar, I wanted to use the relevant elements in the logo as well. Here, I have created symbols to represent 'Complile' and 'Run' to place them inside a '&' with the help of negative space.
