Health and Home: Inclusive design project - -Studying various perceptions on medication (belief systems involved / values attached)
-In order to study the above we (working as a pair) needed to understand the nature of the information and how it is being transferred.
-Understand the influence of external factors on the information keeping in mind the context of the situation.
Process: preliminary conversations, visit institutions doing related work, explore information gathering techniques, consolidation of data, possible outcomes.
Health and Home: Inclusive Design Project - An initial draft of the interface. A plan for the distribution of the product and access for the customer. To bring medicinal plants into retail (chemist / market) spaces.
Scenario based product development - Learned to construct a research based scenario within the parameters of which we constructed our product.
Through the course / project we developed a sensitivity to materials - availability, costing, purpose and endurance, substitutes.
