The client makes preparations by hand using herbs. He started doing this because he suffers from a condition called 'Viking Hand,' which causes the tendons in the hand to contract. He discovered that the bark of a certain tree can reduce the pain. So, because of the Viking and bark elements to the backstory, I thought Yggdrasil would make a good starting point in designing the logo. And an overall rustic look and feel because of the handmade, herbal nature of the products.
