Design-build partnership with Von Tobel Corporation, Lafayette, Indiana.
Worked in conjunction with owner to ensure satisfaction of design elements. Complete redesign of kitchen layout requiring relocation of water, gas, and electrical components. All construction work performed in-house. Integrated energy-efficient appliances and lighting into new kitchen. Additional sun-tube skylights were added to reduce lighting electrical consumption. Custom built cabinetry for small bar area featuring beverage cooler and refrigerated lines for beer tap.
