Samsung needed a way to demonstrate how their Shape Audio wireless speakers worked. I oversaw the creation of an app that showed customers how to move their music from one room to another, play different songs in different rooms and choose from millions of songs.

Samsung needed a way to demonstrate how all their devices worked together seamlessly. I oversaw the creation of an interactive app that showed customers how to control their content through four different devices. This app, combined with others I also worked on, has had over 50 million sessions to date.
I oversaw Samsung's email campaign for the launch of JAY Z's Magna Carta album. Over 1M albums were given away prior to the official release date and Magna Carta debuted atop the Billboard 200 album chart with first-week sales of 527,000. Rosetta won a Cannes Lions Award for Branded Content and Entertainment.

I've been a CD on both the L&R (Loyalty Retention) and Digital Retail accounts for Samsung Mobile, USA. I oversaw POS digital and Email advertising and was also responsible for future channel ideation. I'm currently the CD of marketing for Rosetta, reporting directly to the head of Global Communications.

For 2014, our client's Email advertising engagement rate (CTOR) continued to be more than twice the industry average (Silverpop Benchmark Study) while Retail Engagement sessions with our client's in-store apps have surpassed the 50M mark. Last year, sales of our client's flagship device topped 10 million units in less than a month (roughly four per second), while sales of the Galaxy Note 3 managed to set a new record for launch day sales beating the achievement of its predecessor by over 30%.
