Heart Magazine Cover
A Friend of mine who in the past had intentions of starting a magazine company reached out to me to help brainstorm, and get visual mocks of their ideas. My friends concern was they didn’t want the magazine to look like a tabloid. They also wanted a logo with a sleek feminine feel that was still modern looking but not overdone.
For the lay out I choose to center the image and have minimal text overlapping it as possible
To help the readers eye better focus on the model in the picture before reading the text.
For the titles and quotes I played with different fonts, and effects to further represent the feel of the article which makes them seem more interesting to read.
