TechTonix furniture project - The Techtonix storage system was constructed utilizing custom stainless steel and hand machined aluminum hardware. The forms were molded with Italian Poplar bending plywood. The cable system uses minimal floor space and is easily adjusted adapting to any environment.
Flatware - This final Sr. studio project explored all aspects of form development and proportions. The set is meant to convey and capture a simple timeless aesthetic with a perfect balance during use.
Backpack Development - As a soft-goods design intern with K2/Dana Design, I worked independently on several projects including packs, and
skiing/snowboarding equipment. I assisted the design team with research, prototyping, sketching and cad modeling. I learned valuable skills such as bag construction, patterning, and advanced sewing techniques.
Shoe Concept - This shoe concept was a quick exercise to show some process of footwear design. From sketches to Illustrator and Photoshop
renderings to Rhino 3D models and Flamingo renderings in less than a week.
Helmet Concept - The Flow helmet would be targeted toward a high end road or XC cycling market. Achieving maximum air flow as well as protection; It features integrated removeable flip up eye protection, and a ratcheting retention system.
