Amdocs asked D.Workz to help them transform an outdated Sales KPI desktop application into an intuitive and meaningful tablet experience on behalf of one of the biggest media companies in the United States.
Amdocs’ client needed a way for crew managers to monitor the overall performance of their team along with the individual performance of the sales rep within the team.
We managed to take this highly complex problem and distilled it down to a user friendly solution for the client. Within the application, managers can look at the current overall status of actual results versus targets, drilling
down to the rep level to see individual performance.
This has enabled managers to identify events that have a large impact on the bottom line. Access to up to the minute information keeps everyone in the loop, making it far easier to understand where and why problems are surfacing and quickly alleviate them.
