'Sweet Shop Madnesss' is a product intended to be used by children between 4-7 for balancing 10 x 2P coins (71.2 g) and 100 g of sweets. Not only was the project aimed as a technical exercise in designing products which incorporate moments, but also to develop my understanding of the need to conform my design development to appropriate standards ( BSI 18: 1987 (2005) ).

This board focuses on the aesthetic form of the product, whilst also conveying the intended user group and use environment (school and home).
