Marine Quarter, located on the highly coveted Broadwater of Gold Coast. As the development of the second tower approached, the client was keen to refresh the look whilst still referring to the first tower's branding.

The result was a logo reminiscent of the original with a new icon and the use of a more youthful color combination revitalizing the brand. The 'MQII' signoff was a result of the brand name and wordplay of "Mark Two".

A new fresher coloring and positioning helped MQII to outperform in a competitive market.
