Two performers stay in the white space delimited by the orange carpet. They hang out, move the white cubes, build the tent, and play with their coats which become a sleeping bag for 2 people in which they enclose themselves in a warm and protected environment.
noisy clothes - In collaboration with Nina Sun Eidsheim, opera singer
Performance with 35 people from CalArts wearing noisy clothes. The motive and shape of the clothes are musical, and rethink the morphology using sound as the new starting point with simple and common jeans and shirts. The process of people learning to move with their clothes intentionally to make noise and play together was as important as the show itself.
orange carpet - A surface that is noisy, moving, and massages the feet by walking on it.
