Ribrack Serving Plate - During this three week project, I designed a serving plate specific to baby back ribs. I was inspired by corrugated metal, the material used to house the first rib restaurants in the early 1900s. Using stainless steel, my design adds elegance to the serving of ribs. Its sleek shape and handle make it easy to hold and the bends in the metal allow a place to stack bones.
