The existing HVAC endcap was cluttered with repetitive messaging, had many components, took a long time to manufacture, and was expensive and cumbersome to repair or replace. We took on the challenge of improving the design, improving the cost and simplifying the reorder/repair process. In the end, we were able to use many existing fixture components, rework the signs, and come out with many successes. We executed the project in 800 stores with these victories:
