Smart Thermostats Bay
In Thermostats, we were limited to 7 quite static displays, but needed more flexibility. We had an opportunity to design a fixture that would give us modularity, more display space, and a better installation experience. We worked through design concepts with multiple vendors, had prototypes created, held consumer insights studies for feedback, and executed test stores in 2020. The display cut installation time down significantly and drew needed results, expanding to 500 additional stores in 2022.
