Flak 2.0 is my most recognizable product that I did 100% of the CAD surfacing on. I 3d printed molds and injected silicone to validate the fit of the slip-on rubber temple sleeves.
I created all new CAD surfacing for Matador Air. The nosepiece is a retrofitted part used on other ROKA sport shield frames. The hooking mechanisms and snap-on features of the lens make it easily interchangeable.

My personal rendering of Matador shows off the inner construction of the bendable titanium core in the temples. The nosepads can be easily slipped on and off for 4 different sizes to choose from.
My rendering of ROKA TL shows off the unique "peek-a-boo" lens that protrudes through the top of the center/front frame. My CAD models of the center/front frame and temples are always ready to be tooled. No extra design for manufacturing is needed from vendors.

I was responsible for recreating old tooling for one of Oakley's original and best selling frames, Frogskins. The goal was to make it look exactly the same as the old parts.
