There's no process to this piece other than dozens of reference photos of actual military equipment. As I said above, this was my interpretation of a real, last ditch effort of a transformer. Assorted militaria welded and wired together to create the ultimate vehicular death machine.
This will go down as my most complicated undertaking for a long time coming, and its already several years old. All done with the Photoshop Pen Tool.
