Final version.
Final ink work - I used a light table and inked this on a separate sheet of translucent Yupo paper. I'm not sure it produced a greatly unique effect but it made the inking smooth.

Student work to illustrate a saying. I had a lot of ideas for this one even as open ended it appeared to be. Naturally they mostly dealt with death and the idea of leaving everything behind - or the inverse of life and making the most of it - but this by far became my favorite.
