dressing room redesign - Extensive research and conceptualization was utilized in the creation of the new EXPRESS fitting room experience. EXPRESS has a very distinct corporate identity which was carefully taken into account during the redesign. Inclusion of a touch screen interface within the fitting room not only enhances the customer’s experience, but allows for cross-merchandising opportunities for the company.
