Invisible cities- Baucis- Invisible Machine - This was a fun little week and a half introduction project for my third year graduate studio. The project was to select one of the fictional cities imagined by Italo Calvino in his book Invisible Cities and design an "invisible machine" for that city that focused on concepts of the edge condition, the interaction between technology and nature, and the general themes of the story. My project is based off the city of Baucis, the city of eyes amongst the clouds.

3rd year grad school

This is a series of projects I worked on during the semester prior to Thesis. The topic of this studio was Living Machines: Biotechnical Adaptations within the Japanese Megalopolis?. I was also fortunate enough to travel to Japan in January of 2012 for a 2.5 week study abroad course and I included the work from that as well.
