Best Buy new store concept
stores are smaller in footprint
and provide an integrated, multichannel
shopping experience. The company has a plan to remodel older stores to this new store model. We proposed a merchandising plan that leverages and unifies perimeter focal areas, end caps, seasonal drive times and lifestyle driven
experiences. Merchandising strategies have been reshaped to reflect our customer’s shopping journey, vendor
partnerships and unique business
needs across categories.
